Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!” The Lord is good to those who depend on him, to those who search for him. ~Lamentations 3:21-25 (NLT)
I don't know about you, but knowing God supplies new and unending mercies every morning is something that gives me incredible hope. Our Redeemer is Faithful and True!

ReplyDeleteI've been reading in the old testament, and actually am in Deuteronomy where it talks a lot about our inheritance. I know that Beth Moore in her home church on Tuesday night, is currently teaching on Inheritance. There is a word for me, you, or perhaps even us.
I was thinking about His mercies being NEW every morning....gives us much breathing room of our own expectation. Thinking we need to be perfect. He knows we can't and won't be..or why else would His mercies be new every morning?
