Hey there, sweet ones...could I ask a favor? Would you mind lifting me in prayer? Tomorrow morning I am having my gall bladder removed. If all goes according to plan, it will be a laparoscopic procedure and I will be leaving the hospital later in the day. (In a small number of cases when organs can't be seen clearly, an open procedure is required.) Personally, I'm praying (optimistically) that the laparoscopic method will work just fine! = ) Several friends of mine have had this procedure, all of whom tell me recovery is not bad at all. (These are good things to hear!) I've had a number of ugly flare-ups in the last couple of months so needless to say, I'm ready to bid this little organ of mine farewell. Thank you so much for praying!
Now, my God, may your eyes be open and your ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.

Praying as I type, my friend.
Just prayed for you as I walked down the hall at work. Trusting in faith with you the lap procedure will clearly see you little organ and bid it goodbye, simply.
Love,
Paula
I'll be praying that all goes wonderfully well and that you'll have a quick recovery.
I will be lifting you up today and tomorrow, Tracy!
It can be a bugger of a little organ can't it :)
Prayers indeed. Take it easy over the next couple of days.

Tracy, I will be praying. I had mine removed laproscopically (I'm so not going back to see if I spelled that right) and the recovery was a breeze. My recovery period was 2 weeks but that was years ago. They probably have it down to a few days now, LOL! Seriously, I pray that your flare-ups will end and that during your recovery period you'll give your body the rest it needs. The only thing I miss about my gall-bladder is that I don't tolerate salads or greasy greasy foods well at all. My BIL had his removed and he does fine with salads. I guess it's different for different people. Let us know as soon as you can how everything went, my friend.
I'll be praying. I had mine done when I was 17! the Lapascopic is great! hugs my sweet friend... btw, your wfw is beautiful too!
Hey Tracy, I will definitely be praying for you! If I lived close I would bring you dinner... you have been such a dear blogging friend!
